Coming into operation
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1 makes the following Scheme Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 8(1) and (2) of the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 19812 and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel3.
In accordance with Article 8(1) of that Order, it has consulted with the bodies which appear to it to be substantially representative of the interests concerned.
