65.—(1) For the purposes of sections 2(1)(c) and 3(3) of the Act “pension payment” is to include a Financial Assistance Scheme payment.
(2) In this regulation “Financial Assistance Scheme payment” means a payment made under the Financial Assistance Scheme Regulations 2005(1).
