PART 2 CLAIMANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Application of regulations where there is dual entitlement

5.—(1) This regulation applies where a person is entitled to universal credit and a jobseeker’s allowance.

(2) The work-related requirements under Articles 8B to 8I(1) of the Order and regulations 9 to 16 of these Regulations do not apply to such a person.

(3) Reductions relating to the award of a jobseeker’s allowance under Article 8J or 8K(2) of the Order and regulations 18 to 29 of these Regulations do not apply to such a person.
