Weekly amounts of jobseeker’s allowance

49.—(1) In the case of a jobseeker’s allowance, the age-related amount applicable to a claimant for the purposes of Article 6(1)(a) of the Order is—
(a)in the case of a person who has not attained the age of 25, £57.90 per week;
(b)in the case of a person who has attained the age of 25, £73.10 per week.
(2) Where the amount of any jobseeker’s allowance would, but for this paragraph, include a fraction of one penny, that fraction is to be treated as one penny.
