Paragraph (4) of Schedule 1 to the Order does not apply in a case where a person’s entitlement to a jobseeker’s allowance commences within 12 weeks of an entitlement of theirs to income support, incapacity benefit, employment and support allowance or carer’s allowance coming to an end.

In the case of a person to whom paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Order applies, the number of days is 7.
