SCHEDULE 5 Housing costs element for owner-occupiers

PART I General

Relevant payment for the purposes of this schedule

3.—(1) “ Relevant payments” means one or more payments of any of the following descriptions—

(a) owner-occupier payments;

(b) service charge payments.

(2) “Owner-occupier payments” has the meaning given in paragraph 5 of Schedule 1.

(3) “Service charge payments” is to be understood in accordance with paragraphs 8 and 9 of that Schedule.
