Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (1998 Order) (Commencement No.8) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016.
Appointed Day
2. The following provisions of the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 shall come into operation on 1st April 2016, that is to say—
(a)Articles 61 to 64;
(b)Schedule 6 Part II in so far as it relates to the repeal of Articles 60, 61, 65(2), 77 & 78 of the Education Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(1)
