Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Penalty Fares (Increase) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 and comes into operation on 13th June 2016.
Increase in amount of penalty fare
2. In paragraph 4(1)(a)(1) of Schedule 1B to the Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 1967 for “£20” substitute “£50”.
