4. An official document used—
(a)in the case of pre-basic seed potatoes, shall be coloured white with a diagonal violet line;
(b)in the case of basic seed potatoes, shall be coloured white;
(c)in the case of test and trial seed potatoes, shall be coloured orange.
5. An official document shall, in relation to the seed potatoes to which it relates, state—
(a)the producer’s identification number or reference number of the lot;
(b)the month and year of sealing; and
(c)the country of production.
