This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreement) (Isle of Man) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2016.

The Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 and regulations made under those Acts or that Part, shall be modified to such extent as may be required to give effect to the provisions contained in the Agreement relating to pensions set out in the Schedule to this Order, so far as those provisions relate to Northern Ireland.

The National Insurance (Isle of Man Reciprocal Agreement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1949 M1 is revoked.
