Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Community Planning Partners) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on 22nd March 2016.
Community planning partners
2. The bodies and persons specified in the Schedule (the functions of which are exercisable in the district of a council) are the Community Planning Partners of that council.
