2. The Disabled Persons (Badge for Motor Vehicles) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(1) is amended by the substitution of the words “1st April 2017” for the words “1st April 2016” where they appear in Regulation 3 and in the Schedule to those Regulations.
