Amendment of the Social Security (Contracting-out and Qualifying Earnings Factor and Revision of Relevant Pensions) Regulations18
In regulation 2(2) of the Social Security (Contracting-out and Qualifying Earnings Factor and Revision of Relevant Pensions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 200053 (modification or the application of section 44(5A) of the 1992 Act)—
a
for “is reduced”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “was reduced”;
b
after “section 37”, in both places where it occurs, insert “(as it then had effect)”.
