These Regulations amend the Scrapie (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008, as amended, by substituting a new schedule. In the new Schedule the following fees are increased—the fee for the initial flock inspection is increased from £207.61 to £233.44, andthe fee for the subsequent annual inspection is increased from £93.40 to £115.04.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Scrapie (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20085.
