Citation and commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Scrapie (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 and come into operation on 1st April 2016.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it shall apply to an Act of the Assembly.
