34. In regulation 5(4)(b) (terms of office) of the Royal Ulster Constabulary GC Foundation Regulations 2002(1) after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “or has had a debt relief order made in respect of him or is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order”.
