28.—(1) The Health and Personal Social Services General Dental Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), after the definition of “the Council” insert—
““debt relief restrictions order” means an order made under Schedule 2ZB to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, or Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986;”.
(3) In Schedule 8 (dental committee), after paragraph 6(b) insert—
“(bc)is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order, or”.
