In paragraph (4)(a) of Article 25 (Department’s power to act for protection of registered housing associations) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992(1), after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “, or is a person in relation to whom a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies or is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order,”.
