11. In paragraph (1) of regulation 28 (protection from detriment), after sub-paragraph (zb)(1) insert—
“(zc)the employee took or sought to take time off under Article 85ZJ or 85ZL of the 1996 Order(2);
(zd)the employer believed that the employee was likely to take time off under Article 85ZJ or 85ZL of the 1996 Order;”.
