SCHEDULE 3 CRITERIA FOR CLASSIFICATION OF CATEGORY A WASTE FACILITIES

3.  It contains substances or preparations classified as dangerous which—

(a) until 31st May 2015 fall within the scope of Directives 67/548/EEC(1) or 99/45/EC(2); and

(b) from 1st June 2015 fall within the scope of Regulation (EC) 1272/2008(3).
