The Attorney General’s Human Rights Guidance (Probation Board for Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015

has, in pursuance of section 8(1) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004, issued guidance on international human rights standards in respect of the Probation Board for Northern Ireland;

has, in accordance with section 8(3)(a) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004, published that guidance on his website;

has, in accordance with section 8(3)(b) of that Act, laid that guidance before the Assembly1;

has, in accordance with section 8(1A) and section 8(5A) of that Act, consulted the Advocate General for Northern Ireland2.
