Revocations
35.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), Article 4 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 6, Saving and Commencement Nos. 3 and 5 (Amendment)) Order 2008(1) (saving for small charitable companies in Northern Ireland) are revoked.
(2) Paragraph (1) has effect in relation to a particular charity from the beginning of the first financial year of the charity to which these Regulations apply.
