1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Water Supply (Water Quality) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 and shall come into operation on 28th November 2015.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (1).
(3) In these Regulations “the secondary Regulations” means the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (2).
(4) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (3) shall apply to these regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
