Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Appeals, Conduct and Unsatisfactory Performance and Attendance) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 and shall come into operation on 30th November 2015.
Amendment of the Royal Ulster Constabulary (Appeals) Regulations 2000
2. For the definition of “member” in regulation 3(1) of the Royal Ulster Constabulary (Appeals) Regulations 2000(1) substitute—
““member” means a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland; or a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland Reserve;”.

““member” means a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland; or a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland Reserve;”.

4. For the definition of “member” in regulation 3(1) of the Police (Unsatisfactory Performance and Attendance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(3) substitute—
““member” means a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland; or a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland Reserve;”.
