Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2015.
Amendment of the Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004
2. For the Schedule to the Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004(1) substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
Revocation
3. The Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013(2) is revoked.
