Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Pensions (Assembly Ombudsman for Northern Ireland and the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Complaints) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, shall come into operation on 21st October 2015 and shall have effect from 1st July 2015.
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations “the scheme” means the scheme established under The Public Service (Civil Servants and Others) Pensions Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014(1).
Extension of scheme
3.—(1) The following persons are specified as persons to whom the scheme may potentially relate.
(2) These are—
(a)persons employed by the Assembly Ombudsman for Northern Ireland; and
(b)persons employed by the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Complaints(2).
