Amendment to the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999

7.  In regulation 2(1) of the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1), in the definition of “dock premises”, for the words “regulation 2(1) of the Docks Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1989” substitute “Schedule 10, paragraph 2 of the Work at Height Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005”.
