Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2012 Act) (Commencement No. 5) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 8 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2012 (timing of automatic re-enrolment) in so far as it is not already in operation is 1st April 2015.
