The Common Agricultural Policy Basic Payment and Support Schemes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is a Department designated M1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M2 in relation to the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union and in relation to matters relating to the promotion of rural development.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of that Act.
