A council must, on payment of a reasonable charge, provide a person making a request, as soon as practicable, with a copy of any document made available for inspection pursuant to Part 3 of the 2011 Act or these Regulations.

A council must continue to make copies of any scheme adopted or approved and made available for inspection or purchase under these Regulations so available until the scheme is altered or revoked.
