Amendment of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004

2.—(1) Section 8(4) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004 shall be amended as follows:

(2) After paragraph (e) insert—

“(f) the Police Service of Northern Ireland.”
