47. In Regulation 1(2) (Citation, commencement and interpretation) of the Regional Business Services Organisation (Membership and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009(1),in the definition of “bankruptcy restrictions order” after “1989” insert “or Schedule 4A of the Insolvency Act 1986”.
