16. In paragraph 2(4)(c) of Schedule 3A (Foyle and Carlingford Aquaculture Licensing Appeals Board) inserted into the Foyle Fisheries (Act) (Northern Ireland) 1952(1) by Schedule 1 to the Foyle and Carlingford Fisheries (Northern Ireland) Order 2007(2) after “a bankruptcy order is made against him ” insert “or is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order”.
