22.—(1) The Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment and Transitional Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (interpretation)—
(a)delete the definition of “additional paternity leave”;
(b)for paragraph (e) in the definition of “child-related leave” substitute—
“(e)shared parental leave during which the member receives some pensionable pay;”.”.
(c)after the definition of “shared cost additional voluntary contribution arrangement” insert—
““shared parental leave” means leave under the Shared Parental Leave Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(2);”.
