8.—(1) In Part A (relevant material, from Northern Ireland or elsewhere in the European Community , which may only be landed in or moved within Northern Ireland if accompanied by a plant passport) of Schedule 6(1)—

Paragraphs 1 and 7(a) of part A of Schedule 6 were amended by S.R. 2006 No. 435, articles 2(13) and (14). Sub-paragraph 7(d) was previously amended by S.R. 2006 No. 165, article 4(1). There are other amendments to Part A of Schedule 6, but none is relevant.
