Citation, commencement and interpretation

2.  In these Regulations—

“the 1998 Regulations” means the Teachers’ Superannuation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998(1); and

“the 2014 Regulations” means the Teachers’ Pension Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014(2).
