33.—(1) Regulation 137 (Interpretation) is amended as provided by paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) After the definition of “the 2011 Act” insert—
““the 2014 Act” means the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014(1);
“the 2015 Scheme” means the scheme as set out in the Health and Social Care Pension Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(2);”.
(3) For the definition of “registered medical practitioner”(3), substitute—
““registered medical practitioner” means a fully registered medical practitioner within the meaning given in section 55 of the Medical Act 1983(4);”.
