6. The following are medical practitioners for the purposes of these Regulations—
(a)a medical practitioner;
(b)a locum medical practitioner;
(c)an ophthalmic provider.
7. The following are dental practitioners for the purposes of these Regulations—
(a)a dental practitioner;
(b)a vocational trainee.
