The Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 No. 115

Interpretation and expiry

2.—(1) In these Regulations “the 2005 Regulations” means the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1).

(2) Regulation 3 ceases to have effect on 31st March 2016.

(3) Regulation 4 ceases to have effect on 31st March 2017.
