In regulation 26 (supplementary evidence (adoption)) of the SPL Regulations as they apply to parental order parents—
a
paragraph (1)(a) shall read as if the words in that paragraph were replaced by—
if available, evidence in the form of a parental order; and
b
paragraph (2)(a) shall read as if the words of that paragraph were replaced by—
if available, evidence in the form of a parental order;
