6.—(1) Regulation 28 (Contribution rate for members other than non-GP providers)(1), is amended as provided by paragraphs (2) to (5).
(2) In paragraph (2), for “2013-2014” substitute “2014-2015”.
(3) For the table in paragraph (2) substitute—
