Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2014.
Amendment of the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Order (Northern Ireland) 2007
2. The Annex to the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Order (Northern Ireland) 2007(1) (in which the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Northern Ireland) is set out), shall be amended in accordance with Article 3.
3. In Schedule 7 for the table in paragraph 3 of Part A1 (pension contributions) substitute—

| More than £15,000 and up to and including £21,000 | 12.2 % of pensionable pay |

| More than £30,000 and up to and including £40,000 | 14.7 % of pensionable pay |
| More than £40,000 and up to and including £50,000 | 15.2 % of pensionable pay |
| More than £50,000 and up to and including £60,000 | 15.5 % of pensionable pay |
| More than £60,000 and up to and including £100,000 | 16.0 % of pensionable pay |
| More than £100,000 and up to and including £120,000 | 16.5 % of pensionable pay |
| More than £120,000 | 17.0 % of pensionable pay” |
Revocation
4. The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 is revoked.
