Amendment of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002

2.—(1) Section 46(1) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002(1) shall be amended as follows.

(2) For paragraph (i), substitute –

“(i)Health and Social Care Board and Health and Social Care Trusts,”.

(3) For paragraph (j), substitute –

“(j)the Central Investigation Service within the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development,”.

(4) After paragraph (j) insert –

“(ja)the Veterinary Service Enforcement Branch within the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development,”.

(5) For paragraph (k), substitute –

“(k)the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Division,”.
