1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2005 Order) (Commencement No. 15) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 105 (insolvency event, insolvency date and insolvency practitioner), 122 (payment of scheme benefits) and 145 (effect of Board assuming responsibility for a scheme) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 in so far as they are not already in operation is 25th June 2014.
