1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Great Britain Reciprocal Arrangements) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 and shall come into operation on 30th June 2014.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
2.—(1) The Child Support (Great Britain Reciprocal Arrangements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(2) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1)(3) for “and 1C” substitute “, 1C and 1D”.
(3) After Schedule 1C(4) (exchange of letters) insert Schedule 1D as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
