The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014 No. 146

Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014 and comes into operation on 1st June 2014.

(2) In this Order, “the 2009 Order” means the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009(1).
