2. In the Schedule to the Rates (Unoccupied Hereditaments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011(1), after paragraph 18 there shall be added the following paragraph—
“19. The person entitled to possession of the hereditament has made an application under a scheme under Article 29 (scheme for purchase of evacuated properties) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988(2) in respect of the hereditament and the conditions under the scheme for acceptance of that application are satisfied.”.
