9. In regulation 3(e)(ii) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Modification of Schemes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) (non-application of the subsisting rights provisions)—
(a)after “regulation” insert “11B or”;
(b)before “transfer of member’s” insert “further alternative to short service benefit – transfer to a European pensions institution and”.
