Amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations

5.  In paragraph 14(7)(g)(1) of Schedule 2 of the State Pension Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2) (housing costs – persons residing with the claimant) before “employment and support allowance” insert “income-related”.
