Amendment of the Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997

2. Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) (fixed penalty offences) is amended as follows—
(a)omit item A2; and
(b)after item 50 insert—

| 50A | Section 1(6) | Using goods vehicle on road for carriage of goods except under operator’s licence.”. |
